Shipping Time

• Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays).

• In case of delays due to peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you promptly.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

• Within Japan: 1–3 business days

• Asia: 5–10 business days

• Europe / Americas / Oceania: 7–14 business days
  Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local logistics.

Shipping Fees

• Free worldwide shipping on orders over ¥200,000 (incl. tax)

• For orders under ¥200,000, shipping is charged at ¥5,000 per kg

Tracking

• All shipments include tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Important Notes

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Any return or reshipping fees due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will be the responsibility of the customer.
