All items we sell are authentic second-hand (preloved) products, carefully authenticated and inspected by our professional team before listing.

Product Description

Each item is described truthfully, with actual photos provided.
Please note that second-hand items may show minor signs of use, such as small scratches or discoloration. We recommend reviewing the product details carefully before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

As each item is one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is significantly different from the description.
If the item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide unboxing photos/videos as proof.

Important Notes

Colors may vary slightly depending on your display settings.
Returns due to personal preferences (e.g., size or color not as expected) are not accepted.

For International Customers

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

🚚 Shipping Policy

Shipping Time

  • Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays).

  • In case of delays due to peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you promptly.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • Within Japan: 1–3 business days

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • Europe / Americas / Oceania: 7–14 business days
    Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local logistics.

Shipping Fees

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over ¥200,000 (incl. tax)

  • For orders under ¥200,000, shipping is charged at ¥5,000 per kg

Tracking

  • All shipments include tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Any return or reshipping fees due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will be the responsibility of the customer.
